God O2 are so stupid. I reported a premium rate service to them for spam, so what do they do? THEY ADDED ALL THE PREMIUM RATE SERVICES I HAD USED OVER THE MONTH TO MY COMPLAINT.
Idiots, I received some heat from iTagg over it because of it and they were about to suspend my account for spamming myself. Nice.
But I think it’s all sorted out as I’ve told my tale to the bloke in support.
